How to Spend the Winter...and Beyond???

Hi, Boys and Girls.

Knot much happening with me; I'm still rope-able when I think about all the abuse to animals in this country at rodeo and elsewhere.  But at least I am almost cured of atherosclerosis, thanks to my sugarless vegan diet.  Thanks for all your cards and letters and nude pictures of Christina the Cross-eyed Bear.

Last time I yakked at you, I sent you Brendon's message about a place or 2 up north to visit or live.  They are still available, but now I want to convey another opportunity which has nothing to do with Brendon's and it's around Maungataniwha.  This one here is the Aotearoa location of Gentle World.  I was a winter caretaker several years ago and I have pleasant memories of it. 
 
This is what Flowers has to say:
We are looking for Renters and Caretaker(s) for the vegan charitable trust on a 454-acre large northland property. Solar power, gravity-spring-fed water, internet provided, woodstove (lots of firewood) and gas stovetop. Position runs from 1 May - 31 October 2026.  Dogs welcome if also vegan. With all this real-estate carry-on, I'm beginning to feel like a vegan Guy Morton!  (But a lot quieter!)
